Michael,

I have the 2nd edition geometry book that I bought from Barnes and Noble in October, but I am unable to find the receipt for it.

Is there any way I can still exchange for the 3rd edition book?

Is there a way you can find a credit card statement with a line item for Barnes & Noble around that time? That can work as well. If not, please e-mail me at [email protected] and I can see what else I can do.

Michael,

Thanks for getting back to me. I do have the credit card statement that shows I purchased a book from Barnes and Noble on October 15th. However, it doesn't have line item detail of what the book is. Would this be sufficient?

Hi Dave,

Yes - that will be enough to prove that you have purchased a book from us. Just send the receipt in to [email protected] (with your personal information blacked out, of course) and also the address where you want your books shipped. After that, you'll be asked to pay a nominal fee for shipping charges and then we'll send out your book!
