I would choose B

A- I don't believe you can begin that phrase with the qualifications

B- Correct

C- Same as A

D- This should probably be worded "the quality of the engineers"

E- improper comparison. Qualifications can't be compared to a corporation/group

I would stake on A

The sentence says something about the engineers

1) there are more engineers and
2)the qualifications of the engineers

hence the second part after comma should have qualification.

Rules out B and E

"quality engineers" is this a name of a company? or person? No

Rules out D

how can a qualification is better than company(newton group)? this what says E

Rules out E

Left is A, correctly indicates about the qualification of engineers.

IMO A

IMO A

though confused b/w A and B

basically the statement says , besides having more # of engineers , the qualif of engineers is also more.

i think these are the two comparisons.

I'd go with A

Confusion is nothing new!

I am confused between A and B but I would pick A over B

I believe the sentence is trying to compare the qualifications rather the engineers.. I may be wrong.

B should be the correct answer.

Another flaw that just came to my mind regarding - B

Read both sentences below

1)the engineers have qualifications better than those of .......(same as B)

2)the engineers have better qualifications than those of.......

which one sounds good --- I think second one.
