Clearly you're having problems with the verbal section. In order to get into the really high scores, both the quantitative and the verbal section scores need to be solid.

My advice: hire a tutor. In two weeks you can make excellent progress working with a good tutor. You're doing great with the math portion, so just keep up the good work. Provide your tutor with the questions that you got wrong on the verbal side of your most recent test attempt. He or she will analyze where your biggest problems are, explain how to answer these questions correctly, and practice similar questions with you from the different guides.

I agree, if you can afford it, tutor is the way to go. Some tutors can change your way of thinking, which is what you need to break above the 700 base level.

Also, find out what specific verbal questions are pulling you down. Your quant seems pretty good from test to test.

What is your strategy for CR and RC? How high is your accuracy in SC? When you are hovering around 700, I suggest you seek out the hardest Verbal questions you can find, go back through your old materials and re-answer them (do you get the same questions wrong?) You may need to tighten up your strategies.
