Is the double digit>30?
(1) The number in the units place is 7 more than the number in tens place
(2) The two digits are represented by number in units place is equal to the number in tens place multiplied by 2 plus 10

Stmt 1 is sufficient.
Stmt 2 - I am finding it hard to understand what it states.
