Median is the number which is in the middle of the set when arranged in ascending order.

Median = 130k
Arithmetic mean = 150k

So lets discuss all the cases.

III) One of the home for <130k

Could be the case where 7+ homes were sold for 130k and the remaining for amount greater.
For eg 150K * 15 = 8*130k + 7 * Price of the rest of the houses.

II) one of the home priced >130K and < 150K
Again lets assume 14 houses for sold for 130k and 15th for rest of the amount

So I and II cannot be the options.

I) As there is no option as None, one of them has to be the answer.
And whatever combination of prices i took, atleast one house had to be priced >165K.

so the answer should be a) I only.
