It is difficult to improve rapidly - it typically takes quite a bit of work. In addition, you actually do have to study the material; just taking a lot of tests won't get you very far.

Please take a look at Eric's blog and the wiki (Resources link) to get some ideas about how to build a comprehensive study plan. Good luck!
