Pls, help,
I want to know more of why "requirement by " is wrong. Normally we should use NOUN OF NOUN or NOUN'S NOUN .

Is my thinking correct?

for example, "the oil exploration by the company" is wrong. "The company's oil exploration" is correct.

please, detail why NOUN BY NOUN is wrong.
