(a) and (d) are talking about cpmpany's means a single company .

out of B,C,E
(B) by profiting and by using the company's money should not indiacte causing same effect. AS these are two different things .
pay of debt by using companies' earnings and to make a profit are two independent things.

Now between C and E
E seems right as Pay of the debt and to profit seems parallel .
