Hello,

The following question's answer is D) but only differencfe I see between the choice D) and E) is the position of "In her home". E is incorrect just because "that" is too far from festivals??

Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured the preparation of great quantities of ceremonial food, the wearing of many layers of colorful clothing adorned with silver, and the recounting of traditional tribal jokes and stories.

(A) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured
(B) Festivals were held in Aho, a Kiowa matriarch’s home, which featured
(C) Aho, who was a Kiowa matriarch in her home, held festivals featuring
(D) In her home, Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals that featured
(E) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home that featured

"in her home that featured" has "that" modifying "home" instead of "festivals". That's why it is wrong.

I hope,
thread starter would refer the sticky thread
https://www.beatthegmat.com/viewtopic.php?t=1461
next time to see whether we already have discussed the problem on this forums...
that will save redundancy.

Thank you.

Do you want me to open similar thread for CR?

I am afraid but we usually (on any forum site actually) dont see activity on CR as high as SC or Math section..
But if we get too many threads for CR as well I might start such thread soon. :)

Whats your suggestion, by the way?

I think it would be helpful especially for difficult quesions since those questions do not have any explanation.

Thanks!
