A) here instead of about if author has used "which is" then it will be more prominent. otherwise the construction is awkward. If about is included in the underline portion, then we can correct the answer by dropping the word about in the sentence.

B) Again awkward construction.

C) Same as (A). About makes the construction awkward. But "About" cannot be dropped here.

D) as many as is the correct Idiom but original sentence wants to show the impact of one action on the another action. So, it's not parallel with action "United States are providing job training".

E) Correct Idiom + Parallel construction of action. Hence correct choice to follow.
