25. If x = 0. rstu, where r, s, t, and u each represent a nonzero digit of x, what is the value of x?
(1) r = 3s = 2t = 6u
(2) The product of r and u is equal to the product of s and t.

Statement I

Since r,s,t,u represent only single digit.

r = 6
s = 3*2
t = 2*3
u = 1

value of x = 0.6231

Sufficient.

Statement II

ru = st

2*4 = 4*2

2*2 = 4*1


Insufficient.

Hence A.

I am super confused. If they say x = 0, then why would they be asking the value of x?

Does the question say if x =/= 0?

x is a decimal number

x = 0. rstu

rstu are single digit numbers
