aakanksha003,
Top 5 schools may be difficult, but your unusual career track and gender will help you. Freelancing will count as work experience, especially given that it's related to your career. You can spin freelancing as entrepreneurship and say how typical it is in your industry. A 680-700 score (80th percentile or above in quant and verbal scores) will put you in the running at top 10 schools assuming your GPA is the equivalent of, say, a 3.4 or higher in the U.S.
One potential issue given your top 10 ambitions is how much leadership you'll be able to show. Head of Design sounds promising but does it involve coordinating others? Similarly, your community involvements sound fine, but don't sound like there's leadership involved.
Your modeling adds to the distinctiveness of your profile, so you will certainly stand out. The question then will be: numbers (GMAT, GPA) and leadership track record. Assuming the GPA is high enough and that there is leadership you could perhaps aim for schools like Columbia, London Business School, NYU Stern, UCLA, Cornell, Kellogg, etc.
Hope this helps,
