$$\left(1+\sqrt{3}\right)\left(\sqrt{2+\sqrt{3}}\right)=?$$ $$\left(A\right)\ \ \sqrt{2}\left(2+\sqrt{3}\right)$$ $$\left(B\right)\ \ \sqrt{2}\left(3+\sqrt{3}\right)$$ $$\left(C\right)\ \ \sqrt{2}\left(2-\sqrt{3}\right)$$ $$\left(D\right)\ \ \sqrt{3}\left(2+\sqrt{3}\right)$$ $$\left(E\right)\ \ \sqrt{2}\left(2+\sqrt{2}\right)$$ The OA is the option A.
