Writing tips/template

Thanks for various replies. I'm sure that these tips come in handy for many learners. As with the help of others, one can achieve great results. I don't believe we should prepare ourselves because in this way we never know is it right or wrong. But, by reading experience of others we can be sure what is better for us to use.
