R is not zero, is (2s^2+r^2)/2r>r?, The question can be rephrased to
If R!=0, Is (2s^2-r^2)/2r>0?
1). s=r
Replacing S with R, The question is now Is R/2>0?
R/2 >0, if R>0 and
R/2 <0, if R<0.
So the statement is insufficient to answer the question.
2). s>0
If S = 2 and R =1 (2s^2-r^2)/2r = 7/2 > 0
If S = 1 and R =6 (2s^2-r^2)/2r = -17/6 < 0
So the statement is insufficient to answer the question.
From 1 and 2
Replacing S with R, The question is now Is R/2>0?
R/2 >0, as R=S>0
IMO C
