For every positive integer 'i', the function h(i) is defined to be the product of all even integers from 2 to i, inclusive. If 'pf' is the smallest prime factor of h(100) + 1, then 'pf' is

a) b/w 2 & 10
b) b/w 10 & 20
c) b/w 20 & 30
d) b/w 30 & 40
e) > 40
