Hi, MBA is really worth after your experience but it depends upon the college you choose. Sometime, most of the companies ask you for relevant work experience. Doing an MBA with or Without has a difference only based on the college you are aiming for. But, you will be able to appreciate the program better when you have a prior experience.

I think a combination of MBA and experience is best.

MBA is a degree which is regularly gaining popularity amongst the people is due to the practical knowledge offered by the MBA course. But, pursuing MBA right after graduation or pursuing after some years of work experience can be tough to decide in between.
