first of all, ccording to 2/3 split rule, I will drop the choices a,b,e and keep c and d... between c and d which start with 'that', "c' will be a better choice since at the end use "to realize"

IMO: C

the Q statement want to say that what happen to employers who offer benefits ==> we have to use 'to realize' not realizing
(B) which permit employees balancing home and work responsibilities better will realize
this can be a good choice but the use of' which' here give us the idea that it is an extra info while it is not
(C) that permit employees to balance the responsibilities of home and work better will realize
(D) that permit employees a better balance between the responsibilities of home and work, thus realizing
(E) such that employees are permitted a balance between home and work responsibilities, and they will realize

IMO C

A - A representative of the W's B of US DOL contends that employers who offer benefits ............... realizing gains in attendance, recruiting, and retention. - incorrect verb usage - should be realize instead of realizing.

B - I think "which" is used to introduce non-essential modifiers and is often used with a comma. Use of "that" is more appropriate.

C - the use of "that" makes this construction correct.

D - "better" is incorrectly used. Seems like benefits balance the responsibilities better rather than the employees.

E - numerous errors on this one.

Whats the OA please?

Thanks! [/b]

(A) which permit that employees can balance home and work responsibilities better, realizing ----realising is modifying employees & it is wrong
(B) which permit employees balancing home and work responsibilities better will realize
(C) that permit employees to balance the responsibilities of home and work better will realize
(D) that permit employees a better balance between the responsibilities of home and work, thus realizing
(E) such that employees are permitted a balance between home and work responsibilities, and they will realize
A & B are also wrong because which should be preceded by a comma in GMAT
