How can i improve my rc and cr??

I am a non native speaker of English.I am not able to do well cr and sc.I followed mgmat strategy guides .But still i not able to do well on rc and cr.I want to start from scratch for rc and cr.please help me out??

On the critical reasoning questions I think I deviate the most from other books on how to approach the first step. Try to just skim the question first for a keyword and you should become more efficient.
