If you mean, Manhattan then which version are you talking about ?

I don't think that 'I have seen more movies than you' is correct sentence. Actually in oral english we say the same, but in written it is not accepted.

In such cases you are allowing reader to assume anything. As a reader I can read this sentence as 'I have seen more movies than you did/make/created', Such a freedom I think is not correct.

First rule of GMAT is that sentence should be crystal clear and unambiguous.
