This is my thought :

conclusion: we all agree that marijuana can cause cancer.

The Logical Opposite :marijuana can not cause cancer.-->option B
The Polar opposite : Option E : states marijuana will cure cancer(by lessen the undesirable side effects ).i.e performing more than just being neutral to conclusion.


The Weaken question should just weaken the conclusion rather than changing the intent of the conclusion completely.
so i go with option B
