if x = 0.1
x^2 = 0.01, 2x = 0.2, 1/x = 10 (I)
If x = 0.9
x^2 = 0.81, 1/x = 10/9 (~1) 2x = 1.8 (II)

agree with Sankruth.
I suppose the trap here is if you plug in simple values (for when x<1) such as x=1/2 for example.
so you could assume that x²<2x<1/x is true for all values of x, where x<1.
But for 9/10 or 0.9 this doesnt hold true !
Sankruth ... what made you pick 0.9 as a value to plug-in here ?
