Hi ,
I had read that a verb could be followed by a infinitive or direct object or a adverb .
In this case the verb is followed by only a part of the direct object.
Is that ok ? OA is A
Even B comes close but "have led" is a problem.
in this question led is the verd . is the direct object "construction" or " construction of three seperate sewer" ?
