Answer: B

Solution:

In the new solution, where the amount of water equals 50% of the amount of milk in the container, it means that the ratio of water to milk is 1 to 2; therefore, when 6 liters of the milk solution are removed from the container, 2 liters will be water, and the other 4 liters will be milk.
