Coffee : Cream : Sugar \(\Rightarrow 8:2:1\)

Double ratio of coffee; sugar; \(16:1\)

But maintain ratio coffee to cream; \(16:4\)

Total; \(16x+4x+1x \Rightarrow 21x=42 \Rightarrow x=2\)

So, ounces of cream \(4\cdot x= 8\)
