Answer: C

Solution:

A number is in scientific notation if it’s expressed in the form of a x 10^n where 1 ≤ a < 10 and n is an integer.

3^4 x 25^6 x 2^12

81 x 5^12 x 2^12

81 x 10^12

8.1 x 10^13
