The OA is D
Solution:

Since AE = 20 and AD = 14, then DE = AE - AD = 20 - 14 = 6. Since CD = 6 and DE = 6 and EB = 17, we see that BC = EB - CD - DE = 17 - 6 - 6 = 5.

Answer: D
