Let's take each statement one by one.
(1) Each odd-numbered term is either 0 or 2.
The 5th term can be 0 or 2. No unique answer. Insufficient.
(2) The 3rd term is 2.
No information about the 5th term. We cannot assume that the given sequence is an arithmetic series.
Had the given sequence been an arithmetic series, the 5th term would be 4. The answer would be no. However, it is not so.
(1) and (2) together
The 5th term can still be 0 or 2. No unique answer. Insufficient.
