Number of members who play tennis, golf or both = 60 + 130 – 40 = 150;

Thus, the number of members who play neither tennis nor golf = 230 – 150 = 80

The correct answer: D

We can create the equation:

230 = 60 + 130 - 40 + n

230 = 150 + n

80 = n

Answer: D
