If , A = 2, then area = 1/2 * 2* 5 = 5, No

If A =-10, then area = 1/2 * 10*5 = 25 Yes

From 2, the trianlge is right triangle, so the sides can only be 3,4, and 5
area = 1/2 * 3* 4 = 6
area > 15
