I had my exam today. I requested for a timeout during verbal for a washroom break but the proctor forgot his password and took him 4 attempts to plug in his password and wasting 3 minutes of my time which forced me to guess the remainder of my exam. I wanted to fill in a complaint but was refused at the center. I immediately called up customer care and filed an incident report after getting out of exam center. Should I have insisted on filing an incident report at the exam center. i did not cancel my score on spot because I was in a shock as it was not even 10 minutes this incident happened.
