Where to get RC99

Does someone know where to buy the RC99 book ? Aristotle prep has released a new book for RC named 'New RC Practice 1' and stopped selling the old one (RC99). Wonder if someone could help me out with the book, i am in dire need of it

Do you really want to study RC99 ? I dont think its a good source.

I bought it sometimes back but found the passages quiet different than that of OG.

Have you came across Ron's take on RC99.

There are many good resources available in the market -
veritas RC - if you are looking for practice question, go for this
MGMAT RC - good theory, with good question bank

The last is LSAT sets. Initially my RC accuracy was very low, then I tried with LSAT sets and kaplan explanation to them. It helped me a lot.

My RC hit rate is very low. I almost make as many mistakes in RC as much i do in both SC and CR. Had seen many reviews about it to be good for practice. So thought would go for it. Is the book that bad ? And i haven't gone through ron's take on RC99 though i try to incorporate his approach for RC.

Nope After reading the above posts I avoided it. You can check in the above post for one of the RC99 passages and see if its worth it. Try LSAT passages or OG 10 RC passages. They are quite good. You can search in the net and get it easily. But nothing is as close as OG passages in structure as far as I have seen. LSAT passages helps you get used to longer and denser passages which are a bit similar in style.

Do you think LSAT tests are a good practice for GMAT CR and RC sections?
As Ron, mentioned in these posts, that doing lots of questions of CR and RC will actually make us worse on CR and RC, how many questions did you practice for?

Can you provide a good source of LSAT questions (RC and CR) with explanations?

Hi Cumulonimbus,

While LSAT Logical Reasoning is very similar to GMAT CR, it includes material that is NOT on the GMAT as well as variations on CR-types that aren't on the GMAT either. LSAT Reading Comp likewise has some similar aspects as GMAT RC, but too many differences (mainly length, but some others) that make the LSAT an impractical source for practice problems (assuming your goal is to improve your GMAT Verbal).

You'd be far better served researching the myriad GMAT books available and purchasing/practicing with those.
