OR

IMO B. Condition and its converse , both terms are bind together as one, like bread and butter.

what actually is the source of this sentence? I've my doubts about the structure of the sentence.
I'm no expert, just trying to work on my skills. If I've made any mistakes please bear with me.

Hey hemant_rajput,

I'm totally not satisfied with my answer, and I go with A. The reason why I chose it is that when there are 2 objects joined by an 'and' they tend to become plural. For eg., A and B are good friends. Here it preceeds the 2 objects in consideration - a condition, it's converse.

Please correct me if I am wrong

noooo u cant have those original sentences cuz it doesnt make sense... wrong modifier. After a prepositional phrase u cant have there are. it just doesnt work.

this would probably be better from a grammatical standpoint at conveying the intended meaning

There is a condition and its converse, regarding bodies at rest and bodies in motion, in the laws of motion
