the corrected sentence, which starts after a comma, should start with a reference directly to coordination of monetary policy and nothing else. All the options, other than (E) wrongly modify or refer to something other than the coordination of monetary policy.

I think that A is wrong as the effect will be in the future, while "is" is present... Hence not A...
