OA - B what is the issue with D? i got this question correct because 'although <some issue>, <some remedy>' looked better. I don't think 'it' has pronoun antecedent issue in D.[/spoiler]

I do not agree that It can refer to anything than Aspirin because there are 2 clauses and subject of one acts as antecedent for pronoun subject in other clause and thus no ambiguity.

I do not agree that It can refer to anything than Aspirin because there are 2 clauses and subject of one acts as antecedent for pronoun subject in other clause and thus no ambiguity.

If so is the case then you automatically answer that B is the right choice. Because in D "it" does refer to "Aspirin" and according to the question, "it" should refer to irritation (as in B).
