the ratio of w to z

If w = x and z = x/(x + 1), then the ratio of w to z is:
(A) x
(B) x + 1
(C) x^2
(D) x^2 / (x + 1)
(E) (x + 1) / x^2

w:z = x/(x/(x + 1)) = x+1 (B)
