profile evaluation required

hello,
My profile:

GMAT Score 700(Q49,V36),
10 class-88%
12th class-95%
Bachelor of tech in Electronics & communications-78%
Master of tech (VLSI) from IIT Madras -8.2/10
GATE: AIR 50 in Electronics & communications stream ,about gate:(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graduate_A ... ngineering)
Working in INTEL since June 14th 2010(will have an experience of 3years by 2013)

Extra curricular:
Hostel sec in IIT Madras and member of mess monitoring committee of IITM
Winner of College level quiz contest for two years during Bachelors and winner of general quiz contest conducted by IMS learning resources.
Part of a team(around 10 members) from INTEL which got a grant of 25000 from Intel involved program.We have adopted a school in bangalore,taking care of its extra curricular activities,teaching during weekends etc

My Post MBA work preference:
Would prefer to remain in tech domain.
Technology managment,consulting

My queries:
Should i give my GMAT again??are people from Hightech(tech R&D) have any advantage/disadvantages?
Which US schools would match my preferences or i have a shot at?

I have the following schools in my mind:
ISB,India
Tepper,CMU
Anderson,UCLA
Mccombs,texas,austin

Are there any schools in Australia which would match my profile?

I absolutely think that based on what I see in your profile, you will be a competitive applicant for many of the schools you've listed above. I think that it's important that you work to distinguish yourself from peer applicants who may have a similar background and experience. In terms of whether or not you need to retake your GMAT, I would want to know if you have done GMAT prep and how many times you've already taken it, if you've taken it more than once. Your score is about average for the top schools, but if you really wanted to include more competitive programs on your school list, AND, you felt that you could get a much higher score, then it might be worth it. However, a 700 is a very solid score, so I wouldn't focus too much on this one facet of your background.

In terms of other schools you might want to consider:

UNC (Kenan Flagler)
Duke (Fuqua)
INSEAD
UC Berkely (Haas)
