HELP: lower quantitive score after studying verbal section

Okay, so this is really weird:
As I started the 60-Day SG, I took the first GmatPrep Test and scored a 590 (Q41 V28). After studying all the quantitive stuff I took it again and got a 640 (Q49 V28). I was quite happy because I saw that I actually improved my maths and since I didn't study for the verbal section yet, I was fine with the score remaining that low. But now I just took the GmatPrep Test for the third time after studying all that verbal stuff and scored a 620 (Q42 V34) I am not that happy anymore.
I mean, on one hand it is nice to see that I improved my verbal skills but I hate to see my quantitive score going down that much.
Is this normal?
I need to score a 680 and have one month left (I have my test scheduled for St. Patrick's Day)

It sounds like your quant skills got a little rusty while you were working on verbal. That seems pretty normal to me.
Now that you've studied both math and verbal, you can spend the upcoming month working on any areas of weakness. As you do this, try to keep involved in both areas of the test. So for example, if you decide to spend an evening strengthening your Geometry skills, be sure to practice a few Verbal questions once in a while as well.

That's what I thought...
But will it come back as I continue to work on the last 20 days of my 60-Day SG, or do I have to look over all the concepts in the Original Review and the Kaplan GMAT Premier again?
The thing is: if I had both scores combined, I'd be totally happy because a Q49 V34 is probably a 680 or 690 which is exactly what I'm going for....

I really can't say whether or not it will come back. . . . that really depends on you.
That said, I doubt that you'll need to review every concept. I imagine that there will be areas that require some reviewing and these areas will become evident as you take practice tests.
