NUS for Operations-SCM.

I am mid way through my R1 applications to be wrapped up this month.

I am planning to apply to couple more schools towards the end of this year. One is Nanyang (especially for Nanyang Waseda double MBA - known for its entrepreneurship and manufacturing conc) and the second one I am yet to fix upon{I know this is kinda weird but true}. One possible school for the same is NUS. But I have never researched the school except for talking to a current masters student.

My query - How is NUS for operations/manufacturing in terms of curriculum and post MBA short term goal to secure a general management job(in SCM) in a manufacturing setup.

As admits of throughMBA are constantly in touch with me, CSO definitely needs to improve by leaps and bound at NUS.

Take my word for it that you can get a Finance/ Marketing/ Consulting profile there, but SCM is a bit in the blind spot. Look at the names of recruiters there.

NUS HEC dual degree is better for SCM as HEC is a place known for SCM.

Dont join NUS for a simple reason..difficulty of getting a job in SCM.

For SCM Smeal fitted me best, so shooting for it in R1.

I hope Nanyang Waseda will be a better option than NUS for the same though ?

No doubt SCM is better supported than NUS.
