GMAT : 710 ( Q45- 72 percentile and V41 92 percentile)

Graduation : B.E. (computer Science -2005) from university of Pune with 60%
10+2 from J&K Board of school Education with 80%
10th from J&K Board of school Education with 80%

Experience : 6+ years of Experience in IT. My experience will be 7 years at the time of commencement of class of 2012 in ISB. Currently working as Program manager - Quality in Hyderabad in a small company. Earlier have worked as Group lead in big brand companies like Amdocs and Sapient. Have experience across multiple business domains such as travel, telecommunication and health care. I have worked out of different countries - Germany, UK and South Africa.

Extra-Curricular Activities:
1. State-level badminton in school
2. was an active member of college annual functions
3. have played cricket on corporate level in my previous companies - Sapient and Amdocs
4. Have been associated with a small NGO for last 3 years.

I want to know if my GMAT score is good enough as my grades are not very good in my undergraduate degree and what are my overall chances of getting into ISB this year.

Your best shot is that applications are down this year. You frankly have a very familiar sounding background, which makes it tough to stand out, but don't lose hope. Your stellar GMAT will help. Think on what makes you different from the next person who has 5 or 6 years of IT WE and is also from India/Asia. Tell stories unique to you which demonstrate leadership, innovation and maturity. remember only you have had your exact experience. Stories get remembered---attributes get forgotten.
