I don't find anything wrong with A
Moreover I find B wordy

Ans D)... has and will be perfectly in comparison.. simple present and future tense

I chose D as my answer. I felt it was concise. But, after reviewing I realised that "been" is required to convey the continuous tense, i.e "she has not been allowed to drive" followed by a future tense to convey that she will never be allowed to drive.

Between A & B, A uses "would" which is in future perfect tense, we need simple future. B has no visible errors.
