Reliance scholarship only for Indians residing in India?

Furthermore, all Reliance Dhirubhai Fellows must return to India within two years of graduation to work for a period of at least two years." --- It appears like you must not just be an Indian citizen, but you must also be physically living in India, which seems odd, but I guess those are the rules.[/quote]

yeah, it's not odd, it is what exactly they are looking for.

New changes in the page (that you linked) is they've added FAQ, which is a good thing for info-seekers.
