This is my method of reasoning

A. Protection mechanism is not triggered only for life attempt on president--incorrect
B. Protection mechanisms efficiency does not depend on investors sentiment but it is governed by that-- incorrect
C. stimulus clearly mentioned only about corporate data and economic indicator nothing else---correct
D. nothing has been mentioned about this --incorrect
E. out of scope --incorrect

D is wrong because,

1- "No way" is definite and too strong. Have we absolutely proved that this machine couldn't perform such differentiation? No we haven't, so eliminate it.
2- Additionally, this is out of scope. What has been said in the statement for us to infer this? I'm not finding much...eliminate it.
