Presenters at the seminar, one who is blind, will demonstrate adaptive equipment that allows visually impaired people to use computers.
(A) one who
(B) one of them who
(C) and one of them who
(D) one of whom
(E) one of which

OA : after some time
Thanks!

IMO (D)

(A) "who" is wrong...we are referring to the presenters here..so it should be "whom"
(B) It changes the meaning of the sentence. Sentence actually means presenters will demonstrate...but option B says only the blind person among the presenters will demonstrate
(C) 'and' is not needed here, since the blind person is already one among the presenters.
(D) "which" is wrong here. We are referring to a person, so it should be "whom"

Note: If you come across I,She,He,They...then "WHO" should be used
If you come across Me,Her,Him,Them,...then "WHOM" should be used.
As far as the current Question is concerned, it refers to one of the presenters (THEM). So Whom should be used.

Whats the OA ?
