Mehak,please take one more minute to underline the part of the section while posting a question. A humble request to you please that has been repeated to you many times by other folks also.

The correct conditionals are:

If were ..., then would/could ....
If had...., then would have ....


IMO - C.
I chose were, i.e, C over D because it is a hypothetical conditional.
