Premise
1. Use of title can hinder co-operation. So some companies shun the use of title.
2. But use of title encourages outsiders to respect the company executives.

Conclusion/Compromise: Use title outside company but not inside.

The assumption here is that using the title outside the company, but not inside would not affect (3). communication inside the company and (4). respect from outsiders. We know that (4) is not affected from premise (2). So let's look for an answer that has something to do with using title outside and communication inside the company. C does exactly that. Of course, I was not able to figure all this out until I read (C), I only had a very vague idea of what I was looking for, but once I read (C) it pretty much nailed itself.

Now please tell me the OA is C :)

OA is (C)

P1 : Use of titles within organization inhibits communication
P2 : Titles outside organization is beneficial
C: The executives are provided titles for external use.

(Internal Inference---Titles for external use will not hamper/inhibit the internal communication)
