Here minimum wage is 30*40 = 1200 cents = $12.00

Thus ans is (A)

OA = (D) might be a typo

What was the minimum wage increase for a 40-hour week? - (A) $12.00
What was the maximum wage increase for a 40-hour week? - (D) $35.00

So, either the question is wrong OR the OA is incorrect.
