The answer will be

(7*15 +33*16 +9*14 +12*13)/(7+33+9+12).

You can calculate and find the answer this way.

As the calculation can be quite long. Looking at the numbers you can approximately say that average should be between 15-16.

The best way is to subtract 13 from all of the numbers at the beginning and add it back at the end:

(7*2 + 33*3 + 9*1 + 12*0) / (7+33+9+12)

14+99+9/40+21

123/61 is about 2

2+13 = 15, so the answer is just above 15
