√12 + (√9 * √12) + (√4 * √12)

= √12 + 3√12 + 2√12

= 6√12

= 6 * √4 * √ 3

= 12√3

The correct answer is A.

Simplifying, we have:

√4 x √3 + √36 x √3 + √16 x √3

2√3 + 6√3 + 4√3 = 12√3

Answer: A
