they explain that PERCENT = 100(# games won) / (Total # of games) so comes out to 100((F/2) + (T-F)/4)) / T
why isn't it just PERCENT = (F(1/2) + (T-F)(1/4)) / T
In other words, why are they multiplying 100 by the rest of the numerator?
